EmoEx Refund Policy for Subscription Services

Introduction

Welcome to EmoEx Technology. We pride ourselves on providing a consistent and high-quality user experience. However, we understand that sometimes technical issues can arise. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided for our subscription-based services.


Free Conversations

Each user is entitled to 5 free conversations per day. These free conversations are provided as a courtesy and are non-refundable.

Initial Subscription & Refunds
New subscribers are entitled to a full refund within the first 7 days of their initial subscription if they experience technical issues that significantly impact their ability to use the service. The refund will be processed after deducting any applicable platform fees from App Store or Google Play. To claim this refund, you must contact customer support within the 7-day window.

Ongoing Subscription & Refunds

  • Technical Issues: For existing subscribers who encounter technical issues that severely affect their use of the EmoEx app, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period.

  • Automatic Renewals: All subscriptions are set to auto-renew. While renewal payments are generally non-refundable, exceptions for technical issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Cancellation and Continued Use: Upon cancellation, you may continue to use the service for the duration of the paid subscription period. No refunds will be given when the membership is cancelled.

  • Report the Issue: Contact our customer support team at info@emoexai.com within the specified period relevant to your situation.

  • Investigation: Our technical team will investigate the reported issue to verify its impact.

  • Resolution and Refund: If your claim is verified, a full or prorated refund, as applicable, will be initiated.
     

Timeframe for Refunds
Refunds due to technical issues will be processed within 14 business days following the conclusion of the investigation.

 

Exclusions
This refund policy does not cover:

  • Interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

  • User dissatisfaction that is unrelated to technical issues.
